assessed.

we take an instruction
- Properties are also inspected for cleanliness as we insist on a level
of standard before a tenant can move in
As a member of the nationally recognised 'Association of Residential
Letting Agent' you can be further assured that we have a "duty
of care" to resolve any reasonable problems you may encounter with
your home whilst you are in residence. ARLA also insist that it is a requirement
that 'fidelity bonding insurance' be taken out before granting
membership to ensure that all monies entrusted to us are 'safe'
in the highly unlikely event of any negligence on our behalf.
We offer a range of insurance products from our office, these services
are available whether you rent through us or not.
- Contents Insurance; automatically insures your landlords contents
for accidental damage.
- Personal Possessions away from the home.
- We can offer viewing by appointment.
- We supply a carefully selected and worded tenancy agreement to safeguard
your interests.
- We check our rented properties to make sure that they agree with fire
and safety regulations.
- We make sure that all bills are settled before you take up residency.
- Collect your monies on a regular basis.
- Act as mediator between you and the landlord in the case of any disagreements.
- Notify the landlord or authorise the undertaking of minor repairs
and maintenance.
